1. Company
BINN is a reusable moving bin rental service operated in Metro Atlanta, Georgia. By using our service, you agree to these terms.
2. Service Description
BINN provides reusable, stackable moving bins for short-term rental. We deliver bins to your current address and pick them up from your new address after your move is complete. Each rental includes free delivery, free pickup, and labels for organizing.
3. Rental Period
The standard rental period is 1 week (7 days) from the date of delivery. Extensions are available for an additional fee per day or per week. To request an extension, contact us via email or text before your rental period ends.
4. Refundable Deposit
A $100 refundable depositis collected at the time of booking. This deposit protects our bins while they’re with you. Everything comes back in one piece? Full $100 back, no questions asked. The deposit is returned after we confirm all bins and equipment have been returned in good condition.
5. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your booking free of charge within 48 hours of placing your order. Cancellations made after the 48-hour window are non-refundable. To cancel, email us at hello@getbinn.com.
6. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for the bins and any equipment (dollies) during the rental period. Bins must be returned clean, undamaged, and in the complete count originally delivered. Do not use bins for storing hazardous materials, liquids, or anything that could damage the bins.
7. Lost or Damaged Bins
If bins or equipment are returned damaged or if any items are missing, your deposit may be partially or fully retained to cover the cost. In cases of excessive loss or damage beyond the deposit amount, additional charges may apply.
8. Liability
BINN is not responsible for any damage to your personal belongings during the moving process. Our bins are designed for safe transport, but the packing and handling of your items is your responsibility.
9. Service Area
BINN currently serves Metro Atlanta within approximately 20 miles of Tucker, GA. This includes Tucker, Chamblee, Duluth, Decatur, Dunwoody, Brookhaven, Lilburn, Norcross, Lawrenceville, Stone Mountain, Atlanta, Roswell, Sandy Springs, Marietta, Alpharetta, and surrounding areas.
10. Payment
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a payment, you also agree to Stripe’s terms of service. BINN does not store your payment card details directly.
11. Privacy
Your use of our service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
